As a server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and seat customers, providing them with menus and answering any questions they may have.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
  • Provide recommendations and assist customers in making menu choices based on their preferences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up tables and refilling condiments.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses.
