Nourish Care has a new and exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team based at our Head Office in Bournemouth.


We provide a digital solution to the health and social care sector which enhances the process of recording, analysing, and sharing of information.

Were looking for is an individual with passion and drive to continually learn, develop and to contribute to our development team.


Who you are:


  • You have developed, managed and reported on online demand generation strategy, tactics and processes, specifically in the B2B space.
  • You are a confident and proven Digital Marketer with expertise across multiple channels and platforms.
  • You have worked with and managed a CRM / Automation tool, eg: HubSpot / Salesforce (Pardot) or similar.
  • You have a collaborative working style with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • You are comfortable with working at pace, even when medium term plans are unclear, and solutions orientated.
  • You are results driven and love working with data.
  • You have a passion for marketing, wanting to grow in multiple areas of marketing and build responsibilities with the scaling of the company.

What we are looking for:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Digital Marketing / Demand Generation role.
  • Understanding of SEO and optimising pages for increased organic traffic.
  • Experience with multiple Paid Search platforms (Google Ads / Bing Ads).
  • Experience of Paid Social Ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to report and explain campaign data.
  • It would be a bonus if you have website CMS, landing page creation experience.

What you will be doing:


  • Creating effective demandgeneration campaigns which target our ideal audience.
  • Experimenting regularly with a test and learn approach in new and existing channels to build a better picture of what is working and areas to improve.
  • Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search strategies.
  • Manage ad accounts on multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta & LinkedIn).
  • Targeting selected audiences through researching keywords for our SEO strategy.
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting KPI's on a regular basis through various dashboards.
  • Staying current with PPC & SEM trend and techniques.
  • Plan and monitor budget spend to increase better ROI.
