Osp Governance Lead - London, United Kingdom - Cero Generation

About the role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controllers, the OSP Governance Lead is responsible for engaging and managing over 15 Outsource Service Providers (OSP's) across Europe to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Cero Group function team.
You will be part of a small in-house team and work closely with Cero Group Reporting, FP&A and Tax teams.
With over 300 legal entities in the portfolio, a strong focus on co-ordination and efficiency is required.Main accountabilities**- Managing the relationship with OSP's
- Drive consistency of performance across the OSP base
- Manage regular performance reviews and governance across the OSP base
- OSP contract/vendor management
- Onboarding/integration and offboarding OSP's
- Managing service level agreements and key performance indicators across the OSP base
- Ensuring collaboration between the OSP's and respective Cero Finance Teams
- Working with the Finance Reporting Team to ensure changes to requirements are fully defined and communicated
- Facilitating cross functional workshops
What will you need to succeed in the role?
- Experience managing several international OSP's or finance shared service centres
- Contract/vendor management
- Experience of integrating 3rd party service providers into organisational teams to work as one
- Ability to exercise judgement, solve problems, support decisionmaking, and communicate financial information
- Energetic and highly motivated, able to operate in a fastpaced environment and build strong relationships across the organisation
- Pragmatic approach to measuring quality, timeliness and controls
- Demonstrate an understanding of endtoend accounting processes
