An Engineering company based in Worcester are searching for a Powder Coater Team Leader working Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30 with a 12:15 finish on Fridays on a permanent basis.

The company themselves have been supplying their products to a variety of industries for over 40 years.

As a Powder Coater Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing a range of products ready to for being sprayed.
  • Leading the Powder Coating team, setting the standards and helping train new member of staff.
  • Completing paperwork for completed works in line with company procedures and standards.
  • Completing visual inspection of products during and after Powder Coating to ensure quality levels.
  • Other general Production and Powder Coating duties.
As a Powder Coater Team Leader you will be required to:

  • Have previous experience working as a Powder Coater Team Leader.
  • Previous experience in an Engineering environment will be essential.
  • Communication skills will be key to effectively manage and train staff.
  • Understanding Health & Safety and quality standards.
  • Organisational skills will be essential for this role.
