You will assist the Pensions and Benefits Manager to support the Company and Trustees in managing and developing our pension schemes.
About the role
- Provide guidance on technical and governance issues
- Help coordinate the running of both schemes, including scheme secretarial duties
- Be a key support for our employees and members with their benefits in the pension schemes
- Support the Pension and Benefits Manager with the development of the pension schemes
- Complete administration processes and governance tasks to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met
About you
- Be numerate
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good planning and organisation skills, and be able to prioritise and deliver tasks to deadlines
- Have good interpersonal, collaboration and team working skills.
- GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language; and
- 2 A-Levels Grade C or above OR an NVQ Level 3 OR an ONC in Business Management
- Previous experience of working in a UK pension function, either inhouse or for a third party provider
- Holds or is working towards an pensions qualification e.g. Pensions Management Institute
