Customer Service Apprenticeship In Wolverhampton
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with a large retail business specialising in flooring. The company is keen to recruit a new apprentice to join their busy branch in Nuneaton. This is a varied role which will lead to a long term permanent position, with career development available too. You'll be undertaking work based learning.


As an apprentice, your duties will include:

  • Work together with your store team to impress customers at every turn.
  • Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with presales queries and order completions, as well as postsales questions and (very rarely) escalating the odd complaint.
  • Support your team with promotional changes and store housekeeping, and report into one of our fab Store Managers (a master of all things flooring)
  • Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve the store, service, and better serve the customers.

Working hours:
Monday - Sunday (Rota Basis) - 40 hours per week


Salary:
£12,480** per year
