Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and branded materials.
  • Develop and manage the agent website images and design.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.
  • Organise files and materials effectively using Dropbox or similar tools.
  • Coordinate the production of seasonal images and materials, aligning with the company's marketing calendar.
  • Manage social media channel imagery, ensuring consistent posting twice weekly.
  • Capture highquality photographs and videos for marketing purposes.
  • Contribute to website design and maintain a visually appealing online presence.
  • Organise and maintain the image bank for easy accessibility and usage.
  • Creation and distribution of newsletters to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with external and internal bus advertising campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of visual communication (VC) artwork for various marketing endeavours.
  • Arrange and coordinate exhibits and promotional materials for trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective inmarket advertising strategies.
  • Maintain accurate route maps for customer reference and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency and integrity.

Location;

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
