Residential Property Lawyer - South West London (hybrid).

Highly regarded and friendly law firm in South West London are looking to recruit an additional experienced conveyancer into their busy residential property department.

This firm have a low volume, high quality, approach to conveyancing, and all fee earners are given plenty of support from legal secretaries and legal assistants/paralegals in order to do their job well and provide a high level of service to their clients.

It is also very much a team environment and is very collaborative, lots of social events and the firm get involved in lots of charitable work too.

The role will involve acting for a variety of clients on a variety of residential properties - sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered, including high net worth properties.

You will be an experienced residential property lawyer - this could be a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, but you must be able to manage your own caseload with mínimal supervision and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least4 years PQE.

This firm offer flexible working including hybrid working with a mix of office and remote.
