Your Team

• You'll be leading a team of designers, art directors, and videographers everyone who's involved in the creative space. Your new colleagues are a curious, quickthinking, and openminded bunch who work toward one goal: To spread the word of Frontify a home for brands.

Your Mission

• Frontify lives and breathes branding and you'll be essential for building the brand meant for brands. You'll work closely with our CMO to position Frontify as a home for creatives, where they can work on what they do best creating beloved brands. You'll inspire and lead our creative team and company as a whole to think differently, to think bigger, and to be inspired about Frontify's brand.

You'll take a hands-on approach to lead, nurture, and elevate our Designers, Video Producer, and Creative Operations Manager define, reinforce, and shake up our Visual Identity.

You're a person that's passionate about making a brand come to life through the visuals, the stories, and the messages - all things that you'll have the chance to define, create, and implement.

Your Story:

• You're able to join Frontify at our office in London (close to Oxford Circus station). We have a hybrid setup that's flexible and typically see the most seats filled 2 days a week.
• You are creative by heart and have been part of building and strengthening outstanding visual identities for beloved brands, or, in other words, have around 10 years of experience in the creative field.
• You've successfully led teams in the past where you inspired growth, supported talent development, and brought about real change.
• You don't see 'excellence' as a buzzword. It's the measure by which you define success.
• You're excited and passionate about all things branding, so much so that you can already see yourself as a sparring partner to our Brand lead.
• You're a strategic thinker who knows how to bring a vibrant, modern brand to life in bold and innovative ways.
• You know good design is also about what we say not just how it looks and you're excited to build on and improve our content strategy.
• You've successfully led teams in the past where you inspired growth, supported talent development, and brought about real change.
• You're a thought leader in the world of design: You follow all the new trends and are eager to take a handson approach to bringing bold, new ideas to Frontify's way of doing things.
• You're an effective communicator who feels comfortable or even enjoys challenging internal and external stakeholders about all things creative.
• You have experience leading and managing internal and external teams.
• Your written, verbal, and visual communication skills are clear and effective.
• Your friends would describe you as innovative, detailed, and driven.
• You speak English fluently.
