OJ Photo Ltd is looking for an experienced property Photographer & Floorplaner initially with the potential of video production in the future. If you are currently working in the property photography industry and looking for an exciting new challenge we would like to hear from you.


OJ Photo Ltd is respected in the industry as a creative and well-established provider of property photography. We work with a wide range of high-end estate agents and property developers, creating top quality marketing materials for them.

Our team of skilled photographers produce stunning photos, floor plans and videos that reveal much more than just the exterior of a building.

We also provide arial photography using the latest drone technology which is also a further potential skill we will provide training for.

Areas that will be covered are: Central Essex and on the rare occasion East London.


Working:
Monday - Wednesday 9am-5pm approx (due to the season)

Previous experience in property photography is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

You would be based at home and expected to upload all work at the end of each day. Therefore a quick internet speed would be beneficial.

Having your own car is essential, mileage will be paid for by the company at the end of each month.

Ideally you will be taking photographs at a minimum of 4 properties per day. All will be pre-arranged appointments.


Part-time Employed:

• You must be punctual and reliable
• You will need your own vehicle
• All equipment will be provided laptop, camera and tripod as well as other technology.
• Previous experience of property photography is advantageous but not essential
• Salary reviewed based on Performance / mileage rates / end of year bonus
• 17 days annual leave including bank holidays.
