Salary:
Circa £40,000

What you'll be doing:

Leading on the implementation and delivery of the Education Services programmes within Naval Ships
Supporting our southern event and NPA Level 5 Programme
Supporting delivery partners and sponsors in line with service contracts and company requirements
Ensuring consistency and continuous improvement of Education Services within Naval Ships and contribute to UK wide improvements
Managing the effective utilisation of data and analytics to understand service impact and inform continuous improvement
Ensuring business unit views are represented in the development of shared resources/packages of work to support Education Services approach across the UK
Working in support of developing a technology strategy that underpins the management and delivery of all Education services activities

Your skills and experiences:

Coaching skills
Strong communication, stakeholder managements
Strong collaboration skills
Excellent presentation skills
Experience working in early careers, education partnerships, education, STEM organisations or marketing is essential

The Education Services team:

The Education Services Team gets involved in various Programmes including school partnerships, Movement to Work and a portfolio of Work Experience; ensuring they are delivered consistently in the business in line with the UK delivery model and in line with customer demand and agreed service delivery.
