Customer Service Advisor

Salary: 20K - 25K

Hours: 9AM - 5PM/ 10am - 6PM


Location:
Chertsey/Office Based


Job Description:

We are looking for an a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service and telephone manor.

The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and organised manner all working together as a team, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Be a team player
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements and Skills:

  • Insurance experience is desirable
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ambitious and keen to learn and progress throughout the business

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
