We are recruiting for
Meeting and Events Head Waiter/ ess for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester
, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.

Overview:


  • An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as Meetings & Events Head Waiter / ess.
  • As a Meetings & Events Head Waiter you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the meeting and events service alongside the Event Managers.
  • As a Meetings & Events Head Waiter/ ess your role will involve training and development of the waiters/ waitresses, pre and post service briefings.
  • Under the guidance of the meetings and events operations event management team ensure a high level of attention to detail and service is delivered at all times.

About You:


  • Previous experience of working in meetings and events operations as a Head Waiter/Waitress ideally within a events environment or busy quality driven restaurant.
  • Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
