Shift pattern:
Day Time only (37.5 hr a week)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Work with your line manager to report any concerns or issues so they can support as required
  • Ensure the security of all vehicles on site and keys are secured as well during operating hours and non operating hours
  • Answering customer calls, dealing with queries in line with service delivery requirements
  • Ensure all administration is compliant with attention to detail and process management
  • To support with vehicle Inspections, both inbound and outbound
  • Ensure that the end to end experience for the customer is exceptional and that the handover of their new vehicle and the inspection of their return vehicle is thorough and to standard

  • To oversee the coordination of all daily fleet movements.
  • To monitor damage reporting, maintenance and Service Levels in order to minimize costs and maximize utilisation
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • High Levels of attention to details
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong team player to support all members of the team
