Description

Service Desk Team Leader is required by one of the UK's leading providers in insurance and legal services to support the Service Desk Manager in mentoring a team of up to 10 people along with supporting day to day BAU for the internal legal and insurance software.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm offering a salary up to £35,000 with excellent benefits including minimum 25 days holiday, healthcare and plenty of training and development opportunities.


The Successful Service Desk Team Leader will help lead ensure all SLA's are adhered to, support and manage shift patterns, holidays and 1 to 1 appraisals, along with developing and managing the Service Desk workflows, policies and procedures.

The Service Desk Team Leader will have experience of the following

  • Working within an ITIL Service Desk environment
  • Indepth knowledge of Service Desk Policies and Procedures
  • Help with stock maintenance and inventory management
  • Experience dealing with shift patterns, holidays and appraisals
