    Job Summary

    This part-time position at Tesco Baldock offers a unique chance to join Travelex as a Travel Service Partner (RSA) and provide exemplary service to customers with their Foreign Exchange options.

    About the Role

    As an integral part of the Tesco Team, you will be placed at the heart of a bustling Retail environment, supporting our retail customers with their travel money needs. Your goal will be to deliver on key performance goals, establish relationships with customers, and process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
    • Providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
    • Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
    • Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries

    Requirements

    • Numerically proficient - handling large amounts of cash and covering vast amounts of currency regularly daily
    • IT proficient - dealing with computers and in-house till systems and ordering systems throughout the day
    • Great Communicator - building relationships and understanding people's needs
    • Desire to succeed - making a difference and enjoying what you do

    The Interview Process

    • Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers
    • Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner and numerical accuracy test
    • Bureau visit with the Bureau Manager face-to-face and working environment tour
