A client of ours in the Harlow area are recruiting a Internal Recruiter to join their team.

This is a 1-year FTC position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, your key duties in this Internal Recruiter role will include but are not limited to:

  • Confidently and effectively dealing with all relationships in the recruitment life-cycle to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Posting adverts and/or promoting opportunities, to generate good responses including Linked In, job boards, company websites, networking, job fairs, open days etc.
  • Developing relationships with relevant organisations for pipeline talent.
  • Proactively managing hiring manager relationships.
  • Facilitating the hiring process up to and including verbal offers.
  • Managing all relevant systems and reporting.
  • Meeting all quality and compliance requirements in.
  • Any other duties as required.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • Previous recruitment, human resources and personnel experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
  • Flexibility is required due to being able to attend recruitment events.
  • Must be able to drive.
