About the role
You will be working closely with the Finance Director, getting involved in key projects across the finance department. You will be exposed to the high level decisions made within the finance department and wider business.

Track and manage the key finance project progress, including future financing strategy, finance process improvement, coordinating and tracking the tasks and deliverables of FD's first line

Be first point of contact for FD and take the initiative of advising FD on process improvement in all areas

Coordinate the departmental projects and tasks, ensuring all actions are followed up

Perform data consolidation and ad hoc financial analysis to support business strategy

Verbal translation in management meetings to support FD with understanding the agenda and communication between attendees

Drafting communication of confidential data and projects

Regular spend review with FD and challenge the budget holder for spend justification to identify saving opportunities


Experience to succeed
Strong background in finance with 3-4 years experience as a minimum

Has completed, is working towards or is part qualified with an ACCA/CIMA qualification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being adaptive to changes

Must be able to fluently speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) and English as working languages

Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business

Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus
