Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Systems & QA Support Officer to support our Business Analyst in a broad range of operational and strategic tasks.
This is an opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
You'll be working alongside our Business Analyst to manage systems access, ensure data quality, and audit processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
As our Systems & QA Support Officer, you will be an integral part of our Quality Assurance & Governance team, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where your genuine passion for success is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in extracting and integrating data from multiple sources and assist the team in maintaining the current suite of PowerBI reports.
- Assist in performing business analysis tasks, such as documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Perform regular audits on business processes and systems to ensure they are being followed and used effectively.
- Take charge of systems access, ensuring proper access rights and privileges for users and conducting regular reviews for compliance.
- Ensure data quality by regularly checking data entries, validating data accuracy, and rectifying any inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to handle ad hoc requests and tasks related to business analysis.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies and objectives.
- Generate regular reports on audit results, data quality, and other relevant business analysis tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Analyst as needed.
Essential Requirements:
- A passion for data and business intelligence with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Prior experience with quality monitoring or auditing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and decisionmaking skills.
- Experience with dashboard reporting
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Data is derived by finance solutions so a financial background would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI, is desirable.
