This position would suit an Events Co-ordinator who is used to arranging corporate hospitality and arranging worldwide events for Senior Managers.

Some of your duties will include:

Administering corporate hospitality events and employee incentive reward schemes
Planning annual calendar of events and agreeing schedules with Marketing Director
Sourcing original and innovative venues to hold events at and compiling costs
Preparing budgets for events, producing schedules and devising attendee lists
Managing relationships with suppliers and agreeing best possible costs terms of business
Attending events to ensure that they are delivered perfectly and troubleshooting any issues
