Reed Business Support are currently representing a great company in the Cardiff area who are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis offering a great salary plus benefits including hybrid working.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and maintaining the existing relationships of the business.

The clients are of CEO level, so being able to hold your own will be key to success in the role.

Duties will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Assisting with project management and implementation of new projects
Being commercially minded having conversations surrounding negotiations and opportunity growth
Assisting with monthly reporting of clients and how to strategically build business
Liaising internally for streamlining processes
Be commercially minded
Have the confidence to liaise and communicate at all levels
Have experience in a similar role
Account Management or Relationship Management
Have the drive and ambition to hit the ground running in a small but growing company
