Description
All aspects of office duties, opening 'jobs' on our system, answering and making calls to our operatives/clients/other branches. Sorting out queries with jobs, providing operatives with purchase order numbers. E-mailing jobs to the relevant office, filing job sheets and general filing, archiving jobs when complete. Opening quotes on our system and eventually creating invoices and using Sage accounts system. A good confident telephone manner is essential.Job Types:

£12,675.00-£13,675.00 per year
