Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate real estate valuations on primarily commercial property portfolios across a range of international markets.
  • Analyse market data, financial statements, and comparable transactions to determine property values.
  • Prepare highquality valuation reports that meet international regulatory requirements and client needs.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on real estate valuations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders, including regulators, banks, investors and legal advisors.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact property valuations and provide advice to clients accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of highquality valuation reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to develop and steer panEuropean business objectives, looking at ways to improve efficiencies and quality across the valuation business.
  • Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) activities to stay uptodate with regulatory requirements and best practices.**
    Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification as a Valuer (e.g., MRICS, FRICS, REV) or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in valuation software and databases.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.**
    Team Overview
The Cross Border Valuation team currently comprises 4 team members - 2 Directors, 1 Associate Director and a graduate. We specialise in coordinating and managing pan-European valuations and are passionate about delivering the highest quality to our clients.
