They key responsibilities for this role with include:

  • To answer the phone and take messages where necessary.
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Support the Operations and Finance Manager and other members of the company.
  • To check the factory's confirmations against purchase orders.
  • Raise invoices: order confirmations/ purchase orders.
  • To liaise with our suppliers to place purchase orders, and track orders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • To work this the warehouse to arrange delivery of the goods.
  • Liaising with utility companies.
  • Carry out general office administrative duties.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have initiative and be willing to learn new skills and processes.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Confident and professional customer service and telephone skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standard of numeracy
  • Maths GCSE
