They key responsibilities for this role with include:
- To answer the phone and take messages where necessary.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service.
- Support the Operations and Finance Manager and other members of the company.
- To check the factory's confirmations against purchase orders.
- Raise invoices: order confirmations/ purchase orders.
- To liaise with our suppliers to place purchase orders, and track orders to ensure deadlines are met.
- To work this the warehouse to arrange delivery of the goods.
- Liaising with utility companies.
- Carry out general office administrative duties.
The Successful Applicant:
- Have initiative and be willing to learn new skills and processes.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office.
- Confident and professional customer service and telephone skills
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standard of numeracy
- Maths GCSE
