Are you seeking a fantastic new opportunity? SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an extremely credible & successful business located between Nottingham and Derby.
Our fantastic client is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join them for a 6-month contract.As the Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Creation and processing of accurate journal uploads to strict deadlines
- Reconcile accounts
- Reconciliation and balancing of the recharges account and withhold transactions
- Work closely with the Finance Team as well as collaborating with Internal/external stakeholders
- Processing of payments to hauliers and produce all relevant documentation ensuring accuracy
- Administration of accounts
- Handling of internal and external queries and escalating complaints accordingly
- Production of client reports as required
- Processing of manual invoices and credit notes for the client Self Billing run
- Payment allocations
- Maintain systems and documentation to a high standard
- Ensure that all accounting policies and procedures are applied
- Manage and assist where required with call handling for haulier queries
- All other finance duties or tasks as requested by your line manager
