Marketing Executive


You will help to deliver the strategic and tactical marketing plan, developing the Institutes reputation in providing leadership development programmes, and, as one of the leading residential conference centres available.


Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


Key responsibilities
Working as part of a small team you will work across many marketing disciplines and carry out a wide variety of marketing activities, with your key responsibilities to include:

  • Designing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and working with colleagues to ensure the guidelines are followed on materials throughout the Institute, maintaining consistency of the brand to support the Møller Institutes premium position within the marketplace.
  • Recording and editing video content to be used across multiple marketing channels.
  • Working closely with the business development team to assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals.
  • Working with multiple external agencies in relation to video production, marketing material designs, website developments and printing.
  • Carrying out competitor research to assist with decision making for product developments.
  • Support ongoing updates and further developments to the Møller Institute website, including SEO, to help improve the user journey and generate business opportunities.


You will be a creative person in the early stages of your marketing career and looking to develop within a wide-ranging marketing position.

Alternatively, you may have design qualifications and an interest in marketing.


Essential skills and experience

  • Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Desirable skills and experience

  • Creative flair for designing marketing materials
  • An interest in creating engaging video content
  • Knowledge of implementing successful content marketing strategies
  • Experience of implementing social media campaigns
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Marketing experience within the executive education sector
