Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for a
Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established market-leading business based in
Chadderton, Oldham.

Location:South Chadderton, Oldham (OL9)

Salary:
In the region of £25,000 dependent on experience
-
Hours:8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday


Duties would include but not be limited to:

  • Accurately enter, monitor and maintain picking lists and invoices
  • Liaise with Sales Managers, Stock Control and outside transport to ensure products are available, prices are correct and orders are delivered in a timely manner
  • Check customer accounts and payment history
  • Liaise with Goods Outwards to manage delivery scheduling
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, transport, and outside stores to ensure customer needs are met
  • Arranging transport to ensure appropriate delivery of goods

The required traits, skills, and background:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience within an office-based role is essential
  • Experience within sales order processing is desirable due to the nature of the role
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or distribution company is also advantageous
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Enthusiastic and a great work ethic
  • Selfmotivated
  • A willingness and dedication to learn

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
