Rybrook Shrewsbury is looking for a Service Bookings Advisor.


Your role


The Service Bookings Advisor role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with the initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop.

Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find out their requirements, advise on cost and estimating timescale, and arrange courtesy cars.


The hours are Monday & Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.
