The Opportunity
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out background checks
  • Processing new starters and issuing the relevant letters
  • Administer HRrelated documentation such as new starter packs and contracts of employment, ensuring they are accurately maintained
  • Arrange new starter inductions ensuring all relevant paperwork is documented on the first day of employment
  • Coordinate new onboarding, liaising with onsite main contracts
  • Assist with interviews and issue relevant correspondence in a timely manner
  • Report of any issues to management and relevant HR lead in a timely manner

The Person

Essential:


  • Computer literate
  • Able to demonstrate professionalism
  • Experience of meeting demanding targets and deadlines

Desirable:


  • 2 years in an administrative role
