Description

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance, building services and facilities assistant in a high end, professional services environment based in their City office.

Providing a range of hands-on maintenance services to include;

  • General day to day building maintenance of the firm's leased space
  • Minor office repairs to include minor leaks and faults.
  • Painting across all offices
  • Basic plumbing and lamp changing
  • Repairs on minor appliances, machines and equipment
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Manage changes to the BMS
  • To assist with day to day room moves and changes around the working floors.
  • To respond to facilities helpdesk requests, liasing with engineers where necessary
  • Daily floor walks.
  • Undertake weekly H&S checks keeping checklists and log books up to date.
  • Any other reasonable requests within the general scope of the position


The business has several offices across London and although based in their City office these duties will be required at all of their sites on a regular basis.

All sites are reachable by public transport and travel costs will be accommodated.
