The business is committed to using sustainable and responsibly managed ingredients.


About the NPD Technologist job


As NPD Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on the whole NPD process from concept through to launch.


Typical duties will include:

  • Preparation and development of products,
  • Completing technical and quality documentation.
  • Carry out research and development of products including benchmarking and recipe development.
  • Research and development of production processes.
  • Prepare and send product samples.
  • Prepare products in innovative recipes for visitors.
  • Organise taste panels.

About You

Key skills:

  • Ideally be a holder of a food science, food technology nutrition or related degree.
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing product development or NPD role would be a great benefit this could be from a university placement.
  • A driving licence and own transport are preferred to be able to attend other company locations.
  • Highly organised, flexible, and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness to attend events which may occur in the evenings or weekends and sometimes away from home.

The NPD Technologist job is based in Aberdeenshire and is paying £20,000 - £30,000 according to your experience.
