£50,000 - £60,000**Are you a commercial property solicitor firm a national or regional law firm looking for a full home-based role?
Are you still looking to undertake exceptional quality work, working within a tight knit and supportive team?

Our client can offer a role which requires no business development and no networking and there is absolutely no need for you to have your own following This new breed of law firm is looking to add a Commercial property solicitor on a fully employed basis workingfrom home.

The role:
The role is advising businesses on the acquisition, management and disposal of commercial property. The work will include landlord & tenant, portfolio management through to investmend and residential development work.

The firm:
The firm itself now employ over 85 people having established itself in 2014.

They are at an exciting period of growth looking to triple their turnover by 2025, with a strategic plan in place of how to achieve this.

Although they are fully remote working (witha serviced office based in central Birmingham) they work hard to ensure their lawyers still feel part of a team so they can collaborate and share ideas.

The person:

They are now seeking an experienced and driven Commercialproperty solicitor who has a wealth of knowledge and experience to slot into their team.

To be considered you must have worked for a regional or national firm. You must be able to work with mínimalsupervision and have strong IT skills.
