Pro Insulation UK is a family owned company specialising in loft insulation.


Responsibilities:

• Drive to assigned job locations daily, ensuring timely arrival and preparedness.
• Execute loft insulation installation, removal, and loft boarding tasks as per job requirements.
• Install and occasionally remove loft insulation materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficiently install and uninstall loft boards, optimising space functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, leaving the job site in impeccable condition.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanour.
• Collect payment from customers after completing each job and ensuring accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in loft insulation installation and removal.
• Familiarity with loft boarding procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently.
• Physical fitness to handle manual labor and work comfortably in confined spaces.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
• Professionalism in handling customer interactions and financial transactions.
• Must be able to work with a variety of materials including but not limited to: fibreglass, and other insulating materials.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret drawings as well as do basic calculations.
