Catering Manager - School

We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager in a Liverpool school on a temporary long-term basis to start as soon as possible.

Duties:

Provide a quality service to meet the school's requirements and able to react to unforeseen circumstances under pressure.
Be a Leader and develop the kitchen catering team to be prepared for all services promoting efficiency of staff activity and teamwork
Maintain knowledge of current food trends, food safety and hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
Promote and encourage healthy eating habits and encourage students with innovative menus
Inspect, maintain and replace kitchen equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
Promote efficiency with budget awareness and commit to modern, fresh cooking techniques.
To carry out any other duties that may be within the nature of the role

Days:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Hours: 37 hours per week

An Enhanced DBS Certificate is essential for this role.
