The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as
Sales Consultant in our
Cheltenham store.
This is a
part-time opportunity, working
16 hours per week, across
4 days each week ideally with flexibility and availability to work on the weekends.
Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.What we are looking for
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and the ability to approach any task with a positive, can
- do attitude. Ideally you will have experience working in a one to one sales environment, working towards KPI's and have a passion for customer service. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, having the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI's and have flexibility in your working arrangements to be able to suit business requirements.
