Fashion Fitter

Our tailoring team are looking for an experienced Fashion Fitter to provide an exceptional standard of workmanship for our customers in order to assist them with their exact needs.

Our Tailors department at Harrods is a bespoke service that offers clients the freedom to restore or reimagine garments anew.

About the Role

In this role you will provide an efficient and effective fitting service for clients who require alterations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all resizing and restructuring has been completed accurately and in accordance with quality control.

This role will require you to be trained in basic and advanced alterations, with experience working with all materials and silhouettes, from fur to leather to heavily beaded gowns.

About You

You will be charismatic and able to provide world-class customer service to all clients. You will show a strong sense of pride in your work and technical abilities.

You will be passionate and show your ability to set a standard and meet it consistently. You will also show resilience; overcoming any challenges that may arise.

You will also:

Have a keen eye, ensuring that all technical work has been completed meticulously.
Be an excellent communicator with both clients and coworkers
Be creative and emphasise our value of "Uniquely You" in your work.
Have good timemanagement, ensuring that all alterations and fittings have been completed in a timely manner.
The ability to provide a bespoke approach to each fitting.
