Description
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Independent Lettings firm based in Henleaze in Bristol.

We are looking for Lettings Negotiator a with a proven track record and
at least 6 months experience.
Working in a team the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating with Landlord & Tenants
  • Completing pretenancy paperwork
  • Incoming phone calls
  • Property checkins & associated paperwork

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22, £25,000.00 per year with regular salary reviews. Commission structure after probation period.

Hours of work:
Full time hours
  • Monday to Friday
8.45am to 6.00pm. Occasional Saturdays may be required and a day off in lieu will be given for each Saturday worked.
