They are a seeking a motivational leader to come on board as a Client Accounts Assistant Manager.

This is a role in the finance team but what's more important than accounts knowledge is a proven track record of management and leadership.


Your new role as Clients Accounts Assistant Manager
Management of the Client Accounting Team day to day

Team appraisals and tracking KPIs

Onboarding and developing new team members

Adhering to deadlines for month end reporting, bank reconciliations and statement runs

Ensuring a high level of customer service and been the point of contact for escalations

Deputise for the Client Accounts Manager when required


The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in a management role

Outstanding Customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Experience in and estate agency would be advantageous

Be an inspirational leader
