Acquisitions Associate - Real Estate Private Equity
Associate opportunity at a top tier Real Estate Private Equity firm. The firm is a market leading participant and active investor, manager and operator in European real estate.

With substantial capital commitments from a wide spectrum of investors, includingPE and institutional, the firm continues to aggressively grow its AUM across office, retail, industrial, student and residential asset classes.


Based in London, you would deploy capital on behalf of the firm's flagship European PERE fund with a broad investment remit across opportunistic, value add, development, prop tech and portfolio level investments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working on acquisitions across all asset classes and European locations including direct real estate, portfolio level and M&A.
  • Investment appraisal, financial modelling and underwriting, as well as preparing investment committee materials
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of investment strategies
  • Preparing investor relations materials such as the marketing book and halfyearly investor meeting summary
  • Responsible for updating models, data and performance analysis and to support investor reporting
  • Working with the portfolio management team where needed to deliver analysis and oversee execution of the business plans of the investments

Key Requirements:


  • Four years' Investment Banking or Real Estate experience
  • Understanding of real estate equity and debt investment structures
  • Strong financial excel modelling skills
  • Experience in managing the acquisitions process from cradle to grave
