Your skills and expertise will be utilised during the execution phase of the project, from scoping, tendering and award, site establishment, construction and closeout of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) construction packages.


Role Overview


You will join the Project Management Function which leads the successful delivery from concept through to detailed design and construction delivery on the Woodsmith Project, located in North Yorkshire, UK.

The Project Management Function provides Project Directors, Project Managers, Project & Interface Engineers, and Package Managers ensuring that stakeholder objectives are met.

Your skills and expertise will be utilised during the execution phase of the project, from scoping, tendering and award, site establishment, construction and closeout of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) construction packages.

LFI/SHE Way' focus:


  • Review and update all documentation such as procedures and supporting documents
  • Responsible for data accuracy relating to LFI investigations
  • Provide input and guidance in investigations to ensure compliance and understanding of LFI requirements
  • Work closely with the Client Governance team to ensure understanding of the compliance requirements relating to Anglo standards
  • How they must be reflected in Worley documentation
  • How they are rolled out to the workforce accordingly
  • Identification and coordination of Worley SHE Way stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Anglo LFI representative
  • Work with the Worley 2nd Line Assurance team to build the content of the Worley Assurance programme
  • Stakeholder in Anglo Standard reviews (selfassessments)
  • Ensuring the timely completion of Actions relating to LFI (Investigations / audits) and SHE Way compliance
  • Stakeholder in ensuring effective and up to date LFI and SHE Way communications
  • Responsible for maintaining the Worley management systems, to ensure changes in legislation, Project risk profile and Anglo American standards are incorporated
  • Utilising (Superuser) the Project online management system (Isometrix) to verify and track data, to ensure data accuracy
  • Stakeholder in local and corporate reporting validating reporting Dashboards

  • Demonstrable experience of effective coordination.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • IT literate.
  • Proactive and keen to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
