Description

Our client is over 45 years established as a commercial flooring supply and install contractor for commercial and housing development clients throughout the South East.

They are looking to take on an experienced commercial flooring contract manager to join their team.
With offices based around Slough, you will be expected to oversee 8-10 projects at a time.

You will be tasked with organising labour, materials, contracts, variations, health and safety talks, variations as well as keeping a track on budgets, costings and timescales maintain contractual commitments and avoid incurring penalties.

The majority of projects will be London and Home Counties and expected to work from their Slough site when not on location.

You will be a proven flooring or interiors contracts manager with valid CSCS and SMSTS cards, a valid UK driving license and eligible to work full time in the UK.

Excellent salary package, car or car allowance.
