About Our Client:
Our Client are Legal firm who aim to deliver the best service to their clients.
The duties of the Conveyancing Assistant role include:
- To draft straightforward legal documents.
- To attend to clients both on the telephone and in person.
- To take and record accurately any messages and pass the same to the appropriate person without unnecessary delay.
- To assist with processing of straightforward remortgages and transfers of equity
- To make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up to date diary.
- To provide support for other team members as and when required
- To ensure the confidentiality and security of all Firm and client documentation and/or information.
- To prepare financial statements prior to completion.
The Successful Applicant:
- Have Conveyancing experience
- Previously been a Conveyancing Assistant
- Have good attention to detail
- Have good communication
- Be proactive and able to work independently
What's on Offer:
This is a full time permanent position
This role is full time in the Thatcham office (no hybrid)
The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
