We are excited to be working with a property investment business, who specialise in sourcing high income buy 2 let properties across the UK.

They have built relationships with some of the UK's leading house developers and builders to give them the edge overtheir competition, boasting a multi-million pounds portfolio of properties across major cities.

They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team to take responsibility of their Marketing department, they offer Hybrid working, competitive annual leave which rises with service, an annual bonus and team social events every month.

The Role:

You will be creating copy, design, and video content, and further ensuring that the marketing activities are delivered on time and in line with the plan.
Ensuring that all marketing collateral and messaging is consistent with the company brand both visually and in terms of tone of voice.
Liaising with key internal stakeholders, communicating campaign details to relevant parties

The Person:

Strong understanding of current online Marketing concepts, strategy and best practises.
2+ years Marketing experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate messages in the company's tone.
