Duties of Grinding Technician

  • CNC cylindrical grinding on Studer S31/S33 or Walter and Jones & Shipman.
  • Working from engineering drawings and client specifications.

Requirements of Grinding Technician

  • 2 years minimum of experience in this or a similar role.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools PCD or carbide tooling is essential.

Desirable

  • Using CNC and manual machinery to produce PCD or carbide tooling.
  • CNC Wire erosion machines

Benefits/Details of Grinding Technician

  • Day shift 39.5 hours 7.00am till 3.00 Monday to Friday
    OR double dayshift Monday to Friday with a 10% shift allowance, rotating /
