HR Operations Administrator
Gloucester, Hybrid
Full time, 37.5-hour week, Monday-Friday
Temporary Contract until May 23
Salary - £35,000-£40,000 Depending on experience.
One to One Recruitment aim to work closely with job seekers to find suitable roles that match what's most important to you, ensuring to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Data input into HR System Success Factors Employee Central within agreed deadlines for all points of the employee lifecycle.
- Produce Standard Monthly reports to prescribed deadlines.
- Purchase Order & Invoice administration
- Deal with adhoc employee queries.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners across the Group.
- Create guidance documents and templates in accordance with current processes.
- Provide administration support to HR Projects.
- General administration support to the HR Centre.
- Completion of HR Metrics Tracker
- Uploading documents to Netdocs.
- Produce offers & contracts.
Accountabilities
- Ensure HR data is entered accurately and on time
- Maintain personal files and archived records.
- Achieve set targets for HR Metrics.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of HR Processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High level of organisational skills.

- Proactive, cando attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly organised.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to manage stakeholders and customers.
- Confidence to suggest new ideas and process improvements.
Qualifications & Previous Experience
- A minimum of two years HR administration experience.
