    About the Opportunity:

    We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Risk Operations Analyst to join our Risk Management team at Beazley Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our risk management framework, focusing on operational risk management reporting and system maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain Beazley's risk management system data and ensure it is complete and up-to-date.
    • Support the ongoing development of risk management system functionality and supporting processes, acting as the system point person for the business.
    • Manage Beazley's risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and reporting cycle, ensuring timely completion.
    • Maintain operational risk management reporting across different platforms (i.e., PowerBI, Excel).
    • Provide risk management focused technical and analytical support to the Risk team and wider business.

    Requirements:

    • One to three years of experience in insurance and risk management advantageous.
    • Knowledge and experience of risk management framework and tools.
    • Understanding of commercial drivers and dynamics affecting risk decisions in the insurance sector.
    • Understanding of the processes associated with an international insurance group, both from an operational and risk perspective.

    Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
