ESS is a distributor of air conditioning systems, established 1996.To cover leave, for January weeks temporary*) and alongside our small team and based in our office near Sutton, you will work 15-21 hours across 3 or 4 days per week, flexible times to suit, assisting the Director and the office in daily admin tasks. Mon-Fri.
Knowledge of SAGE 50 accounting essential
*with possible further opportunity for extension of contract
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Include:
- Acting as the point of contact between the Directors and clients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Dealing with orders for parts
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis and with a small group on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Order spare parts for delivery to our customers
- Source office supplies
- Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
