Director - Private Equity/Real Estate Admin Sales role available in our London office.


Applicants must be able to demonstrate success in a private equity fund sales role with network of referral sources and industry contacts.

Summary:

Reporting to the European Head of Fund Administration Solutions, this hire will be an integral part of the team's success.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a strong pipeline of potential clients in the closed-ended fund space (private equity, real estate, and credit funds "PERE").
  • Maintaining and building a network and pipeline in the PERE sector to position the firm's administration service offering in Europe.
  • Helping to build the firm's brand and increase brand awareness to generate quality leads.
  • Attending and participating at relevant industry events across Europe.
  • Developing and managing the intermediary and thirdparty services provider network.
  • Meet the sales targets assigned for their jurisdiction.
  • Support the business development team in researching, identifying, and analyzing opportunities.
  • Generate business development plan and meet new revenue targets.
  • Perform fundamental market research including competitive landscape, Investor and industry trends, among other businessrelated activities.
  • Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market product offerings and services to Investment managers/Investors.
  • Help identify market opportunities which will contribute towards the development of new programs and products.
  • Prepare, deliver and attend client presentations, demonstrations as well as the preparation of indepth proposals and detailed quotes.
  • Liaise with attorneys, investment managers, investors, brokers and other financial service providers around the world as the primary contact.

Education:


  • Strong academic background including an MSc in Finance/Business/Economics or related field

Experience:


  • Excellent understanding of the PERE sector; including the regulatory environment and legal frameworks associated with the industry.
  • A selfmotivated individual who can demonstrate an ability to work in a demanding, fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrable success in a private equity fund sales role with network of referral sources and industry contacts.
  • A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to be commercial, show initiative and to use common sense and intuition derived from your professional experience.
  • A team player who is flexible and adaptable across a range of tasks.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to make good decisions when faced with complex or ambiguous data.
  • Client facing background with outstanding presentation skills.
