Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for cars? Look no further We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team.


As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction.

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, recommending, and selling services, and maintaining accurate servicerecords.

Responsibilities

  • Give high levels of Customer Service
  • Manage a diary of your customers and their vehicles.
  • Liaise with other departments on repairs and servicing.
  • Always remain professional.
  • Comply with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive experience
  • Must be computer literate.

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £32k Basic + Bonus

  • Fri 08:00 18:00
  • 12 Sat 08:00 13:00
  • Great bonus scheme
