Sharpak Aylesham is looking an Operations Assistant Lead Packer._

The role involves packing and checking product manufactured from the various machine groups, to ensure only products within an acceptable tolerance are packed, to a high quality and accuracy, ready for the customer.

As well as acting as a support function to the Lead Packer and Shift Manager during busier periods.

To be successful in the role you will have some experience of working within a factory or warehousing environment in either a picking or packing role and some experience in assisting to lead or leading a team.

Full training will be provided.

Working hours for the position will be a weekly rotation of 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday.

Hourly rate for the role is currently £10.42 plus an uplift and shift allowance and is paid monthly.

Other benefits include paid breaks, enhanced overtime rates, enhanced holiday and the opportunity for training and development.
